3. Pricing: All prices quoted are in the specified currency and are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
4. Taxes and Fees: Prices may exclude taxes, surcharges, and additional fees unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.
5. Deposit and Final Payment: Deposit requirements and final payment deadlines vary depending on the travel package. Failure to make payments by the specified deadlines may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellation and Refunds:

1. Cancellation by Traveler: Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel your booking. The amount of the cancellation fee depends on the time of cancellation and the terms of the specific travel package.
2. Cancellation by Travel Agency: We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements may be offered.

Travel Documents:

1. Passport and Visa: It is your responsibility to ensure that you possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents for your destination.
2. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.

Responsibilities and Liability:

1. Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to modify travel itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and activities due to unforeseen circumstances or operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes in advance.
2. Liability: We act only as an intermediary between you and the airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Optional Activities: Participation in optional activities, excursions, and tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during such activities.

Miscellaneous:

1. Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically able to undertake the activities included in your travel itinerary.
2. Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates local laws and regulations.
3. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Administration of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
